Peggy's awards are numerous: she has won the National RELO Award for exceptional service in real estate, the "Highest Volume Producer" and "Top Producer for the Highest Number of Units Sold." She was voted "Best Real Estate Salesperson on the North Shore" by North Shore Magazine. She is a recipient of the coveted Dozen National Sales Award, ranking her in the top five percent of all residential producers in the nation. Peggy belongs to the prestigious Prudential Preferred Properties Leading Edge Society for outstanding sales production. She has been a guest speaker at various national and local real estate sales conventions and has had several articles printed about her in the Chicago Tribune and other various real estate magazines. Peggy not only is a trainer for Quality Service Certification, she also holds their platinum status for outstanding service to her clients!
Specialization
Peggy specializes in representing her clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, condominiums, townhomes, new construction homes and relocating families within the cities of Bannockburn, Buffalo Grove, Des Plaines, Deerfield, Evanston, Glencoe, Glenview, Highland Park, Kenilworth, Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Lincolnshire, Northbrook, Northfield, Riverwoods, Winnetka and Wilmette. She keeps current of all transactions in these areas, and is also very knowledgeable regarding the local schools.
Personal
Peggy started her real estate career in 1971 as a leasing agent and then as a manager of several Gold Coast properties in Chicago. She attended New Trier High School, raised her family in Deerfield and Northbrook, where she currently lives. She has been active in her community, having served on several charity boards.
Peggy has taken every opportunity to advance her real estate education: early on, she was awarded the GRI and CRS designations. Peggy has earned her e-Certified award for her competence in the use of the internet and her technology of the real estate business. Peggy also earned her QSC designation for quality service and her CRB for her knowledge and experience as a real estate broker. She also holds an Illinois Real Estate Broker's License and has participated as a speaker in many advanced seminars and real estate conventions.
After several years as the training director for a major North Shore real estate firm, a real estate branch sales manager and a major Chicagoland real estate firm's Compliance Director, Peggy has decided to focus her considerable talents strictly on sales and marketing.
